As the Head of Development at ADU Geeks, I specialize in feasibility analysis, underwriting, and project execution, helping people navigate design, permitting, and construction with confidence. My focus is on maximizing property potential and making small-scale development both profitable and straightforward, especially in Southern California.
Before real estate, I served eight years in the Marine Corps, where I developed strong leadership and problem-solving skills—something I bring into every project I work on. I’m passionate about efficiency and systems thinking, always looking for ways to simplify complex processes so more people can successfully build and invest in ADUs.
